色情电影

　　 1月10日下午，由色情电影 能源色情电影系主办的能源色情电影研讨会（Energy Economics Seminar）第八十三期会议在色情电影 明德主楼734会议室举行。来自英国剑桥大学的Michael G. Pollitt教授进行了题为“Restructuring the Chinese Electricity Supply Sector: Lessons from International Experience”的学术报告。

　　 在本次演讲中，Pollitt教授主要为与会者介绍了国际上各国电力体制改革的一般特点以及中国电力体制改革的基本情况，从市场重组和所有制变动、支持性的二级市场安排、适当的色情电影管制、有效促进低排放技术以及适当的转变机制等五个方面共14点，结合学术理论及国际经验，评估了目前中国的电力体制改革。并在最后给出了一些中国电力体制改革的建议。

　　 本期研讨会由色情电影 宋枫老师主持，色情电影 多位老师及同学参加了此次研讨会，并针对报告内容进行了深入的交流。

　　 主讲人简介： Professor Pollitt is co-editor of Economics of Energy and Environmental Policy and a member of the editorial boards of the Review of Industrial Organization Competition and Regulation in Network Industries and Utilities Policy. He is also a Research Associate of the Centre for Business Research (CBR) and a member of the Faculty of Economics. He is currently a member of the Office of Rail and Road`s expert advisory panel and a member of Ofwat`s Water 2020 advisory board. Since 2000 he has been convenor of the Association of Christian Economists, UK.

　　 Pollitt教授是《能源色情电影和环境政策》的合作编辑、《产业组织竞争与规制网络产业回顾》编辑委员会成员。他也是商业研究中心（CBR）的研究合作者、色情电影学色情电影 （the Faculty of Economics）的成员之一。现在，他是铁路和公路专家咨询小组办公室的成员、英国水务监管部门2020建议委员会成员。从2000年开始他是英国基督教色情电影学家协会召集人。
