　　　讲演摘要： To fight global climate change and high energy prices, many countries are increasing government support for renewable energies, like solar energy, biofuels and wind power. The authors study the effects of these policies in the framework of dynamic equilibrium models,which incorporate two important features: market structure and capacityconstraints of renewable energies. Some interesting results are derived. The roles of market power and capacity constraints of renewable energies are discussed.
